What are some positive things you would like to share that have happened recently?

I recently relocated back to the Des Moines area from Nashville, TN while continuing to work remotely for the IRONMAN Group (yes, like the triathlons). I had the pleasure of working on the inaugural Certified Piedmontese IRONMAN 70.3 Des Moines this past spring bringing my work to my home town. Since then, I’ve been promoted to manager of my team, overseeing 5 people and continuing to create life changing events in communities across the country. I also have the pleasure of being back close to family and watching my brother (Zach ’14) and sister (Emma ’20) in their various activities.

What are your future plans?

Right now my future plans are to keep on growing at the IRONMAN Group. We have some exciting announcements coming up on incredible race venues that I’m super excited to be a part of. Personally, I’m looking forward to buying a house in the next year and settling down with my boyfriend.

What was your experience at St. Francis of Assisi School?

My experience at St. Francis was being surrounded by amazing teachers like Mrs. McCarthy, Mrs. Wallace, Mr. Hazel, Mrs. LeWarne and Ms. Mistry. From kindergarten all the way through 8th grade, I had tons of teachers who cared not only about our learning but about our personal and spiritual growth.

What has your experience at SFA meant to you?

St. Francis was where it all started. I learned a lot about leadership and friendship at SFA.
