November 13, 2020

No school on Monday, November 16th, it is a teacher professional development day.

Mission Day is Friday, November 20th.  The mission this month is raising money to support the Heifer International Organization.  Heifer International’s goal is to work with communities to end world hunger and poverty and to care for the Earth.

You have the power to give a hungry family the training it takes to feed themselves and their children.  Please bring your donations to school on Friday and help a family in need!  Thank you!

Students are allowed to be out of uniform, provided that they participate in the mission. We ask that the following guidelines be followed on out of uniform days:

·   No baggy, tight, or torn clothing, no sleeveless shirts, or short shorts.

·   No yoga pants, or writing on the backside of pants.

·   Clothing must be appropriate for a Catholic School Setting.

It’s Christmas Wreath Time!  This year due to Covid19, Troop 888 will be selling our wreaths exclusively online.  This is to protect the scouts as well as our friends and families. When you support us through our fundraisers, you are helping us pay for our summer camps, trailer, and costs to get to camps and volunteer activities. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills, self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives.

You can access our Fundraiser page with this link

Be sure to enter our Fundraising code of TR888IA001 if you have a favorite scout, you can add their name too.  Items purchased will be sent directly to you, or you can designate another address if purchasing a gift.

Shipping for online orders begins Thanksgiving week, order by the first week in December to have delivery by Christmas.   Contact Julie Holt at with any questions.
