PBIS Prize Cart we are in need of volunteers. This is a great way to volunteer that doesn’t
require a lot of time but does give you the chance to interact with many of the kids in your child’s
grade as they spend their hard-earned tickets. Volunteers are responsible for bringing the cart
to the classroom hallway and collecting tickets from the students.  Volunteer will need to wear a
mask and hand sanitizer will be provided. (Due to new procedures, younger children will be
unable to attend prize cart with the adult volunteer)

Together in Faith! Together in Faith, the at home faith formation program for everyone in the
St. Francis of Assisi Parish, is perfect for busy families!
Households complete at home activities when and where it is convenient for them.  If Monday
night works best, make that your family’s Together in Faith time.  On the other hand, if you have
Saturday morning free, do the activities then.  Do whatever fits with your family’s schedule.
Households also participate in the Live from Assisi virtual events.  There are three of these.
Live from Assisi Home Edition takes place the second Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM.
Everyone in the household participates in this event together, and joins in with the larger St.
Francis of Assisi Community through Facebook Live or Zoom.  Live from Assisi Adult Edition is
the third Wednesday of each month at 6:30 PM and is for the adults in the household to connect
in faith and fellowship with one another.  Live from Assisi Worship Hour is the third Sunday of
the month at 5:00 PM.  All members of the household come together with other parish
households to explore different forms of prayer and worship.
If the days and times for the Live from Assisi virtual events are not compatible with your
schedule, then check them out later on the St. Francis of Assisi website.  Home Edition and
Worship Hour are recorded and can be viewed in full.  A video of the speaker and a copy of the
discussion questions used in the Adult Edition are available for those who miss this event.  So,
for example, if you are heading out of town for Fall Break and concerned about missing the Live
events, worry no more.  Your family will not miss a thing.  After you return from your trip, pull up
anything you missed on the website.
Together in Faith kicks off Wednesday, October 14 th .   For more information or to register, go to
the St. Francis of Assisi parish website and search for Together in Faith.

It’s Christmas Wreath Time!  This year due to Covid19, Troop 888 will be selling our wreaths
exclusively online.  This is to protect the scouts as well as our friends and families. When you
support us through our fundraisers, you are helping us pay for our summer camps, trailer, and
costs to get to camps and volunteer activities. Scouting helps youth develop academic skills,
self-confidence, ethics, leadership skills, and citizenship skills that influence their adult lives.
You can access our Fundraiser page with this link
Be sure to enter our Fundraising code of TR888IA001 if you have a favorite scout, you can add
their name too.  Items purchased will be sent directly to you, or you can designate another
address if purchasing a gift.
