SFA 2018-19 Enrollment Application Form

Parents wanting to enroll their students at SFA for the 2018-19 school year should complete  an online enrollment application form (formerly called the registration form) and submit a check or cash to the school office for the required 5% deposit of their total tuition cost. Parents will no longer be required to complete paperwork in the office and will receive a receipt via email for the tuition deposit.

  • Parents with an incoming kindergarten student must enroll all their students, K-8, and pay the tuition deposit on or before Friday, February 9, 2018.
  •  Families enrolling students in grades 1-8 have until Thursday, February 15, 2018 to enroll online and pay the tuition deposit.

Parents will still provide annually required information in August when they complete their students’ e-registration via Power School.
